What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.


Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm shipment.


Additionally, you can track the status of your order from the "Tracking" page on our store. You can find this page at https://onicases.com/apps/trackingmore

Can I make changes to my order?

We can only change orders that have not yet been processed for shipping.


Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", we cannot accept any edits to your order.

Where do you ship? And is it free?

We ship for free worldwide!

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it typically takes 2-5 days to processes for shipment.

 Following that, shipping times can vary by country. We strive for an average shipping time of under 2-3 weeks. 

However - due to the Coronavirus crisis - shipping times can be delayed, occasionally taking upwards of 1 month.

But don't worry! The shipping industry has been steadily recovering and wait times are getting shorter every day.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using Debit, Credit, and PayPal. You may choose these payment methods at checkout.

What currency will I be charged in?

We only support the following currencies: USD, CAD and EUR. 


If your payment method is of a different currency, you will be charged in USD. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversion rate of the currency.⠀

Where do you ship from?

We ship from a third party fulfillment company in Shenzen, in order to keep international shipping affordable.
